About Academic Adventures

Based in Shipley and registered with Ofsted, Academic Adventures gives children aged 5–16 a safe, inclusive place to learn, make friends and try something new.

Families choose us for practical support that fits real life: after-school childcare, tutoring, homework help, holiday activities and guidance on funded childcare options.

Our experienced, DBS-checked team works with families, schools, nurseries and local partners to understand each child's strengths and interests. Every session blends encouragement with purposeful learning, helping children build confidence, independence and lasting skills.

Beyond the classroom, qualified instructors lead activities including taekwondo, football, dance and fitness, giving every child more ways to discover what they enjoy and feel proud of their progress.
